Tax-exempt purchases
We accept tax-exempt purchases. Email a completed, signed exemption certificate to lotusdepotstore@gmail.com that includes:
- Legal name and address of the business or organization
- Type of business
- Specific exemption reason (resale, manufacturing, government or nonprofit)
- Ohio vendor’s license number or use tax account number, if applicable
- EIN
- Signature and date
What happens next
- We verify your certificate. Approval takes 7 to 10 days.
- Once approved, your purchases are processed tax-exempt.
